Approach
Jen brings a collaborative approach with an emphasis on fitting a solution to your needs. The solution always fits your data and your infrastructure.
She believes in the power of open source software to deploy your solution within your business, avoiding ongoing software costs or expensive infrastructure.
Specifically, Jen develops your solution in Python with data science packages such as pandas and scikit-learn and rolls it up into package your IT team can deploy.
Depending on your business needs, Jen can provide you with either an API for real-time access or a batch mode for regularly scheduled results, all ready for deployment on your server.
Process
The first stage is discussing your business problem and your data with Jen. As part of this conversation, we’ll suggest a JH Data Science solution and how it can be tailored specifically to your needs.
Then we’ll kick off the project collaboration, getting deep into the details of your data, deployment infrastructure, and business requirements.
At this stage, you’ll provide the data to Jen using a secure data share portal. She will then begin developing your tailored solution.
The second stage is the refinement process. After about four weeks, the draft solution will be ready. Jen will review this with you, ensuring that it meets your needs, and take on board any feedback for the final version. Jen will also discuss the draft implementation plan with you, to ensure the final version is deployment-ready.
Jen will continue developing your solution and deployment package based on the second stage discussion.
The third stage is the final handover. Jen provides you with the complete solution and deployment package, all ready for implementation by your IT team.
